Land Rover Defender: MHEV Battery Cooling Fan
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
NOTE:

1. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.
2. Remove the MHEV battery housing air duct.
3.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Release the wiring harness clip.
- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Remove the MHEV battery cooling fan.
INSTALLATION
1.
- Install the MHEV battery cooling fan.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque: 3.2Nm
- Install the wiring harness clip.
- Connect the electrical connector.
2. Install the MHEV battery housing air duct.
3. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

Gauge, Ride height
CAUTIONS:
Make sure the wheels and tires, tie rod ends, suspension joints and
wheel bearings are free from damage,
wear and free play.
Make sure there are no heavy objects in the vehicle.
The ride height must be measured with the
