REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

NOTE:

1. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.
2. Remove the MHEV battery housing air duct.

- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Release the wiring harness clip.
- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Remove the MHEV battery cooling fan.
INSTALLATION
1.
- Install the MHEV battery cooling fan.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque: 3.2Nm
- Install the wiring harness clip.
- Connect the electrical connector.
2. Install the MHEV battery housing air duct.
3. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

WARNINGS:
There are 2 types of Roof Rails (VPLER0176 and VPLER0190) for 90
wheel base, see illustrations
below showing the difference between the 2 versions.
