REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL

CAUTION: Do not allow the cables to hang unsupported.

NOTE:

1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

2. Remove the rear subframe assembly.

Release the 5 MHEV cable center clips.

Remove the 3 MHEV cable center bolts.

Remove the MHEV pass through assembly to front junction box cables.

INSTALLATION

1.

CAUTION: This step requires the aid of another technician.

Install the MHEV pass through assembly to front junction box cables.

3. Install and tighten the 3 MHEV cable center bolts.

Torque: 10Nm

4. Install the 5 MHEV cable center clips.
