REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL

NOTE:

This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.

1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

2. Power down the Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) system.

MHEV Front Junction Box

Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors.

MHEV Front Junction Box

Remove the 3 nuts.
Remove the MHEV battery front junction box.

INSTALLATION

1. Connect the 2 electrical connectors to the MHEV battery front junction box.

Install the MHEV battery front junction box.
Install and tighten the 3 nuts.

Torque: 9Nm

3. Power up the MHEV system.
