REMOVAL
CAUTION:
Before disconnecting any components, make sure the area is clean and free from
foreign material. When
disconnected all components must be sealed.

1. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.
2. Remove the climate control assembly.

- Remove the 3 screws.
- Remove the Air Conditioning (A/C) pipe bracket.

Release the Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) cover.

- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Remove the 2 A/C pipes.
- Remove and discard the 2 O-ring seals.
7.

- Remove the TXV.
- Remove and discard the 2 O-ring seals.
INSTALLATION
1.
NOTE:
Lubricate the O-ring seals with clean refrigerant oil.
2.
NOTE:
Lubricate the O-ring seals with clean refrigerant oil.
3.
- Install the A/C pipe bracket to the climate control assembly.
- Install and tighten the 3 screws.
Torque: 1.2Nm
- Install the seal to the A/C pipe bracket.
4. Install the climate control assembly.
5. Connect the startup battery ground cable.
