REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
NOTE:

right hand drive vehicles are similar.
1. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel cross-car beam.

- Disconnect the 3 electrical connectors from the climate control
assembly.
- Release the 2 wiring harness clips.

Release the 2 wiring harness clips from the climate control assembly.
5.

- Remove the 7 bolts.
- Remove the climate control assembly.
INSTALLATION
1.

- Install the climate control assembly.
- Install and finger tighten the bolts.
- Tighten the 7 bolts evenly in the sequence shown.
Torque: 9Nm
2.
- Install the 4 wiring harness clips to the climate control module.
- Connect the 3 electrical connectors to the climate control assembly.
3. Install the instrument panel cross-car beam.
4. Connect the startup battery ground cable.
