REMOVAL

NOTES:

The following step(s) applies to: Vehicles with third row seats

1. Remove the left loadspace trim panel.

The following step(s) applies to: Vehicles without third row seats

2. Remove the left loadspace trim panel.

The following step(s) applies to: All vehicles

3. Depressurise the suspension system.

4. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2-post lift.

5. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.

NOTE: If equipped.

Disconnect the electrical connector.

INSTALLATION

The following step(s) applies to: All vehicles

NOTE: Only do the following step(s) if a new component is to be installed.

Torque

  • Stage1: 100Nm
  • Stage2: 240º

NOTE: If eguipped.

Connect the electrical connector to the rear shock absorber.

5. Install the wheel and tire assembly.

6. Install the left loadspace trim panel.

The following step(s) applies to: Vehicles without third row seats

7. Install the left loadspace trim panel.

8. Pressurise the suspension system.
