REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
NOTE:

1. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.

Remove the loadspace floor trim.

- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Release the 3 clips.
- Remove the loadspace lower side trim.

- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Release the 4 clips.
- Remove the loadspace treadplate.

- Remove the coat hanger in the sequence shown.
- Remove the bolt.
6. Remove the C-pillar upper trim panel.

- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Remove the tailgate striker.

- Release the 3 clips.
- Remove the tailgate latch guide trim.

- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Remove the tailgate latch guide.

- Remove the nut.
- Release the 9 clips.
- Release the loadspace side trim panel.

- Disconnect the 4 electrical connectors.
- Remove the loadspace side trim panel.
INSTALLATION
1.
NOTE:
Make sure that the trim is correctly installed to the clips.
- Connect the 3 electrical connectors to the loadspace trim panel.
- Install the 9 clips.
- Install the loadspace side trim panel.
- Install and tighten the nut.
Torque: 4.1Nm
2.
- Install the tailgate latch guide.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque: 24Nm
3. Install the tailgate latch guide trim.
4.
- Install the tailgate striker.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque: 24Nm
5. Install the C-pillar upper trim panel.
6.
- Install the coat hanger.
- Install and tighten the coat hanger bolt.
Torque: 4.1Nm
7.
- Install the loadspace treadplate.
- Install the 4 clips.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque: 4.1Nm
8.
CAUTION:
Make sure that the weatherstrip is not stretched on installation.
Reposition the tailgate aperture seal into the correct location.
9.
- Install the loadspace lower side trim.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque: 24Nm
- Install the 3 lower clips.
10. Install the loadspace floor trim.
11. Connect the startup battery ground cable.
