SAFE TRANSPORTATION ASSESSMENT FORM FOR HYBRID BATTERIES

WARNING: Do not do any work on the high voltage electric system until the high voltage system on the vehicle is powered down.

This form must be filled out in order to assess whether a Jaguar Land Rover hybrid battery is safe for transportation. The results of the test are to be documented in this assessment form. A copy of the assessment form is to remain with the hybrid battery. For transportation purposes all high voltage batteries must include not only this form, but also the documents specified for hazardous materials. The requirements pertaining to the specified documents are different for each country and the transportation method involved.
