REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL

CAUTION: Make sure that excessive force is not used. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.

NOTE:

Remove the loadspace floor trim.

Remove the third row seatbelt anchor nut.

Release the tailgate weatherstrip.

Release the loadspace upper trim panel.

Release the loadspace side trim panel.

INSTALLATION

NOTE: Make sure that the trim is correctly installed to the clips.

2. Install the loadspace side trim panel.

CAUTION: Make sure that the weatherstrip is not stretched on installation.

Reposition the tailgate weatherstrip into the correct location.

 Towbar - Operation

DEPLOYABLE TOWBAR The deployable towbar operates when the vehicle is stationary and the selected transmission gear position is PARK or NEUTRAL. Press the deployable towbar switch to deploy the towbar. When the towbar is operating, an audible warning is emitted from the deployable towbar speaker.
