REMOVAL

The following step(s) applies to: All vehicles
1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
2. Remove the engine undershield.
The following step(s) applies to: Right-hand drive vehicles

- Remove and discard the bolt.
- Reposition the steering column shaft.

Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the engine mount.

Remove and discard the right side engine mount to engine mount bracket nut.

- Position the trolley jack and wooden block below the engine.
- Adjust the trolley jack and wooden block to support the weight of the engine.
General Equipment: Trolley jack
General Equipment: Wooden Block

Remove and discard the 4 engine mount bolts.
8.
CAUTION: Care must be taken to avoid damaging the surrounding components.
Raise the engine off the right engine mount.

Remove the engine mount.
INSTALLATION
The following step(s) applies to: All vehicles
1. Install the engine mount.
2.
- Install and tighten the 4 new engine mount bolts.
Renew Part: Engine mount bolt(s) Quantity: 4.
Torque: 32Nm
3.
- Lower the engine assembly, make sure the components are correctly aligned.
- Lower the trolley jack and wooden block away from the engine.
General Equipment: Trolley jack
General Equipment: Wooden Block
- Reposition the trolley jack and wooden block away from the vehicle.
4.
- Install and tighten the new engine mount to engine mount bracket nut.
Renew Part: Engine mount to engine mount bracket nut Quantity: 1.
Torque: 110Nm
5. Connect the vacuum pipe to the engine mount.
The following step(s) applies to: Right-hand drive vehicles
6.
- Reposition the steering column shaft.
- Install and tighten a new steering column lower shaft lower bolt.
Renew Part: Steering column lower shaft lower bolt Quantity: 1.
Torque: 30Nm
The following step(s) applies to: All vehicles
7. Install the engine undershield.
