Land Rover Defender: Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

LOADSPACE SEMI RIGID LINER TRAY - PART NUMBER: 90: VPLES0569, 110: VPLES0570

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

WARNING: Accessories which are not correctly installed can be dangerous. Read the instructions carefully prior to installation. Comply with instructions at all times. If in doubt, contact your nearest approved retailer.

NOTE: VPLES0569 for vehicles with 90 wheelbase.

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

INSTALLATION

1.

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

Open the tailgate.

2. Remove the loadspace cover from the vehicle.

3.

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

If access to the D-loop anchor points is not required then install the loadspace semi rigid liner tray (A) into the vehicle loadspace.

4.

NOTE: Vehicles with third row seats.

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

If the vehicle is equipped with third row seat cup holders, then complete install steps 5 and 6.

NOTE: Vehicles with third row seats.

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

If the vehicle is equipped with third row seats then trim the 2 cutouts from the loadspace semi rigid liner tray as illustrated.

6.

NOTE: Vehicles with third row seats.

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

Make sure the loadspace semi rigid liner tray is correctly installed as illustrated.

7.

CAUTION: Take care not to close the tailgate when the bumper protector is installed.

NOTE: When not in use store the bumper protector inside the loadspace.

Install the rear bumper protector (B) if required.

  1. Position the rear bumper protector.
  2. Using the velcro strips, press the semi rigid liner tray to the bumper protector.

NOTES:

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

If access to the D-loop anchor points is required then complete install steps 9 to 14.

WARNING: Make sure to wear suitable personal protective equipment.

NOTE: For vehicles with 110 wheelbase.

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

If access to the D-loop anchor points is required then trim the 2 cutouts from the loadspace semi rigid liner tray as illustrated.

10.

NOTES:

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

Move the sliding D-loop anchor points to the ends of the loadspace rails.

11.

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

Install the loadspace semi rigid liner tray (A) into the loadspace.

12.

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

Make sure the loadspace semi rigid liner tray does not obstruct the 2 fixed or sliding D-loop anchor points.

13.

CAUTION: Take care not to close the tailgate when the bumper protector is installed.

Install the rear bumper protector (B) if required.

14. Install the loadspace cover if required.

NOTES:

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

Complete install steps 16 to 20 if the loadspace semi rigid liner tray and the loadspace partition will both be installed.

16.

NOTE: Complete step if the loadspace partition and the loadspace semi rigid liner tray are both being installed in a loadspace configured with sliding D-loop anchor points.

Remove the 2 sliding D-loop anchor points nearest to the second row seats.

17.

WARNING: Make sure to wear suitable personal protective equipment.

NOTE: For vehicles with 110 wheelbase.

Trim the 2 cutouts from the loadspace semi rigid liner tray as illustrated.

18.

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

Install the loadspace semi rigid liner tray (A) into the loadspace.

19.

NOTE: The loadspace divider (VPLES0547) cannot be used.

Loadspace Semi Rigid Liner Tray

Install the loadspace partition.

  1. Make sure the loadspace semi rigid liner tray does not obstruct the brackets for the loadspace partition.

20. Close the tailgate.
