REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

GENERAL EQUIPMENT

Left Engine Mount - Ingenium I4 2.0l Petrol

Left Engine Mount - Ingenium I4 2.0l Petrol

REMOVAL

NOTE:

The following step(s) applies to: All vehicles

1. Remove the charge air cooler outlet pipe.

2. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

3. Remove the engine undershield.

The following step(s) applies to: Left-hand drive vehicles

Left Engine Mount - Ingenium I4 2.0l Petrol

The following step(s) applies to: All vehicles

Left Engine Mount - Ingenium I4 2.0l Petrol

Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the engine mount.

Left Engine Mount - Ingenium I4 2.0l Petrol

Remove and discard the engine mount to engine bracket nut.

Left Engine Mount - Ingenium I4 2.0l Petrol

General Equipment: Trolley jack

General Equipment: Wooden Block

Left Engine Mount - Ingenium I4 2.0l Petrol

Remove and discard the 4 bolts.

9.

CAUTION: Care must be taken to avoid damaging the surrounding components.

Raise the engine off the engine mount.

Remove the engine mount.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the engine mount.

5. Connect the vacuum pipe to the engine mount.

7. Install the engine undershield.

8. Install the charge air cooler outlet pipe.
