REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL
NOTE:

The following step(s) applies to: All vehicles
1. Remove the charge air cooler outlet pipe.
2. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
3. Remove the engine undershield.
The following step(s) applies to:
Left-hand drive vehicles

- Remove and discard the bolt.
- Reposition the steering column shaft away from the steering gear.
The following step(s) applies to:
All vehicles
5.
Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the engine mount.
6.
Remove and discard the engine mount to engine bracket nut.
7.
- Position the trolley jack and wooden block below the engine.
- Adjust the trolley jack and wooden block to support the weight of the
engine.

Remove and discard the 4 bolts.
9.
CAUTION:
Care must be taken to avoid damaging the surrounding components.
Raise the engine off the engine mount.
10.
Remove the engine mount.
INSTALLATION
