REMOVAL
WARNING:
Observe due care when working near a hot exhaust system.
CAUTION:
Make sure the exhaust system is supported at all times.
NOTE:
- This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components
removed to provide extra clarity.
- This procedure contains some variation in the illustrations depending
on the vehicle specification, but the
essential information is always correct.
1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
2. Remove the exhaust system.

- Remove and discard the front silencer clamp.
- Remove the intermediate exhaust pipe.
INSTALLATION
1.
2. Install the exhaust system.
3.
- Install the intermediate exhaust pipe into the correct location.
- Fully tighten the front exhaust clamp.
Torque: 55Nm
- Fully tighten the front silencer clamp.
Torque: 55Nm
