REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL
NOTE:

1. Remove the climate control assembly.

- Disconnect the 3 electrical connectors.
- Release the wiring harness.
- Remove the screw.
- Remove the blower housing.

- Remove the 2 screws.
- Remove the bracket.
- Remove the 2 clips.
- Release the 2 coolant pipes.
- Discard the 2 O-ring seals.

Remove the heater core.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the heater core.
2.
- Install 2 new O-ring seals.
Renew Part: Heater core pipe O-ring seal(s) Quantity: 2.
- Install the 2 coolant pipes.
- Secure the 2 clips.
- Install the bracket.
- Install and tighten the 2 screws Torque: 1.2Nm
3.
- Install the blower housing.
- Install and tighten the screw.
Torque: 1.2Nm
- Install the wiring harness.
- Connect the 3 electrical connectors.
4. Install the climate control assembly.
