REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL

NOTES:

This procedure contains some variation in the illustrations depending on the vehicle specification, but the essential information is always correct.
This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.

1. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.

Blower

Release the 2 clips.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the footwell lamp.
Remove the footwell lamp.

Blower

Remove the 3 screws.
Remove the passenger side footwell trim panel.

Blower

Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower.
Release the 2 wiring harness clips.
Remove the 3 screws.
Remove the blower.

INSTALLATION

Install the blower.
Install and tighten the 3 screws.

Torque: 1.2Nm
Install the wiring harness to the 2 clips.
Connect the electrical connector to the blower.

Install the passenger side footwell trim panel.
Install and tighten the 3 screws.

Torque: 5Nm

Connect the electrical connector to the footwell lamp.
Install the footwell lamp.

4. Connect the startup battery ground cable.
