REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
NOTE:
- This procedure contains some variation in the illustrations depending
on the vehicle specification, but the
essential information is always correct.
- This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components
removed to provide extra clarity.
1.

Move the front row seat forward and into the folded position.
2.

- Release the 2 clips.
- Reposition the rear floor carpet mat to get access the rear floor
carpet.
3.

- Reposition the rear floor carpet to get access the front row seatbelt
anchor.
- Remove the bolt.

- Release the front door weatherstrip.
5.

Remove the 2 passenger assist handle covers.

- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Remove the passenger assist handle.

- Remove the airbag cover.
- Use a suitable tool to release the clip.

Release the B-pillar trim panel.
9.

Reposition the rear quarter trim panel to get access to the B-pillar trim
panel.

- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove the B-pillar trim panel.

NOTE:
Do not complete this step if the component is removed for access only.

- Release the electrical connector from the clip.
- Release the tweeter speaker from the 3 clips.
- Remove the tweeter speaker.
INSTALLATION
1.
NOTE:
Only complete this step if previously removed.
- Install the tweeter speaker.
- Install the electrical connector into the clip.
2.
- Connect the tweeter speaker electrical connector.
- Install the B-pillar trim panel.
- Install the 4 B-pillar trim panel clips.
3. Install the airbag cover.
4.
- Install the 3 rear quarter trim panel clips.
- Install the rear quarter trim panel.
5.
- Install the passenger assist handle.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque: 7Nm
- Install the 2 passenger assist handle covers.
6. Position the door weatherstrip in the correct location.
7.
- Install and tighten the front row seatbelt anchor bolt.
Torque: 40Nm
- Reposition the rear floor carpet to the original position.
8.
- Position the rear floor carpet mat to the original position.
- Install the 2 clips.
9. Move the front row seat to the original position.
