REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
CAUTION:
Always protect paintwork and windows when removing exterior components.

1. Remove the windshield moulding.

- Use a suitable tool to cut through the adhesive.
- Release the 5 clips.
- Remove the windshield moulding carrier.
INSTALLATION
1.
CAUTION:
Make sure that all residual sealant material is removed from the body.
Clean the mating surfaces with a suitable cleaner.

CAUTIONS:
- Make sure the area is clean and free from foreign material.
- Make sure that the sealant is allowed to dry in accordance with the
instructions included with
the PU adhesive kit.

- Apply the double sided adhesive tape to the 2 edges of the component as
illustrated.
- Use the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) approved adhesive Sikaflex 552 between
the 5 clips as illustrated.
- Install the windshield moulding carrier to the vehicle at the 5 clips.
3. Install the windshield moulding.
