DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION

The Permit To Work (PTW) shall be completed by a single Electric Vehicle Authorised Person (EVAP) only.

COMPLETE SECTIONS 1,2 AND 3 BEFORE THE HIGH VOLTAGE SYSTEM POWER DOWN

SECTION 1: IDENTIFICATION OF VEHICLE TO BE WORKED ON

SECTION 2: DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED AFTER HV SYSTEM POWER DOWN (completed by EVAP)

SECTION 3: SAFETY PRECAUTIONS IN PLACE BEFORE THE HV SYSTEM POWER DOWN (completed by EVAP)
