REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
NOTES:

1. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.
2. Remove the climate control assembly.

- Release the 2 electrical connectors from the climate control assembly.
- Remove the 3 screws.
- Remove the wiring harness cover.

CAUTION:
Take extra care not to damage the component.

Remove the electric booster heater.
INSTALLATION
1.
CAUTION:
Take extra care not to damage the component.
- Install the electric booster heater.
- Install the wiring harness cover to the climate control assembly.
- Install and tighten the 3 screws.
Torque: 1.2Nm
- Install the 2 electrical connectors to the climate control assembly.
2. Install the climate control assembly.
3. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

Make sure that electrical equipment is maintained in good condition and
frequently tested. Faulty equipment should be
labelled and preferably removed from the work station.
