LOADSPACE RAILS - 110, PART NUMBER:

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
WARNING:

NOTES:

on the vehicle specification, but the

removed to provide extra clarity.
- This procedure contains illustrations for left side components, right
side components are similar.
REMOVAL
1.
Open the tailgate.
2.
Remove the loadspace floor trim.
3.
NOTE:
This step must be completed on both sides of the loadspace.
Remove the illustrated trim.
- Remove the fixed D-loop anchor points.
- Remove and discard the 2 retaining bolts.
- Remove and discard the trim.
INSTALLATION
1.
Install the loadspace rail (A) and the 3 bolts (C).
- Install the loadspace rail (A).
- Install the 3 loadspace rail bolts (C).
Torque: 24 Nm
2.
Adjust the sliding D-loop anchor points as required.
- Unlock the D-loop anchor point.
- Push down as illustrated.
- Slide the D-loop anchor point to the required position.
- Lock the D-loop anchor point.
3. Repeat install steps 1 to 2 to install the loadspace rail (B) to the right
side of the loadspace.
4.
Install the loadspace floor trim.
5. Close the tailgate.
