REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
CAUTION:
Protect the surrounding paintwork to avoid damage.
NOTE:

right side components are similar.

The following step(s) applies to:
3-door
1. Remove the rear quarter trim panel.
The following step(s) applies to:
5-door
2. Remove the B-pillar lower trim panel.
The following step(s) applies to:
All vehicles

CAUTION:
Use a suitable trim tool.
- Release the 11 clips.
- Reposition the front treadplate to get access to the electrical
connector.
4.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove the front treadplate trim.
INSTALLATION
The following step(s) applies to:
All vehicles
1.
- Install the front treadplate trim.
- Connect the electrical connector.
2. Install the 11 clips.
The following step(s) applies to:
5-door
3. Install the B-pillar lower trim panel.
The following step(s) applies to:
3-door
4. Install the rear quarter trim panel.
