REMOVAL
CAUTION:
Be prepared to collect escaping fluids.
NOTE:

1. Always follow the Petrol and Petrol-Ethanol Fuel System Health and Safety
Precautions.
2. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.
3. Remove the fuel pump module.

CAUTION:
Take care not to damage the fuel tank internal components.

- Release the 2 clips in the sequence illustrated.
- Remove the fuel level sensor and bracket assembly.

- Release the 6 cable clips.
- Release the fuel level sensor from 2 clips.
- Remove the fuel level sensor.
INSTALLATION
1.
- Install the fuel level sensor to the 2 clips.
- Install the fuel level sensor cable to the 6 clips.

- Install the fuel level sensor and bracket assembly.
- Install the 2 clips.
3. Install the fuel pump module.
4.
5. Bleed the Low Pressure (LP) fuel system.
6. Connect the startup battery ground cable.
