REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL

NOTE:

• This procedure contains some variation in the illustrations depending on the vehicle specification, but the essential information is always correct.
• This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.

1.

• Remove the 4 bolts.
• Remove the floor console center trim panel.

2.

NOTE: Only complete the following step(s) if a new component is to be installed.

Remove the floor console insulator foam.

3.

• Remove the 5 bolts.
• Remove the cup holder from the floor console center trim panel.

INSTALLATION

1.

NOTE: Steps 1-2 are only required if the components were previously removed.

• Install the cup holder.
• Install and tighten the 5 bolts.

  Torque: 1.5Nm

2. Install the floor console insulator foam.

3.

• Install the floor console center trim panel.
• Install and tighten the 4 bolts.

  Torque: 1.7Nm
