OVERVIEW

The Supplementary Restraint System (SRS) provides additional protection for vehicle occupants in certain impact conditions by selective activation of the following airbags:

• Driver and passenger airbags
• Side airbags
• Side air curtains
• Seatbelt pretensioners.

Operation of the system is controlled by the RCM.
